Barn Owls22.06.2010
Two barn owl chicks fell from their site in our water tower last year and we have now had an update on their progress. They were taken to Cuan House animal centre in Much Wenlock where they spent 7 weeks recovering from their ordeal and reaching maturity and full weight. After 2 weeks in a farm building where they were fed on dead chicks, 179 items in total, they were released back in the wild on September 27th, hopefully to breed in the future.
